Our Motto
Our vision is to welcome, nurture and enable all to flourish and develop as unique individuals who share their gifts and talents with each other and the wider world. We provide an environment where pupils are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential, guided by Christian values.
Our Values
Our school community, including governors, parents, children and staff, have chosen 6 core Christian values which underpin all that we set out to achieve.They include:
St Peter’s Church of England Academy is ‘Voluntary Controlled’ and caters for both boys and girls between seven and eleven years of age.
Our school has a very long history, stretching back over three hundred years, beginning its life in the Chantry of St Peter’s Church in 1704.
The purpose-built accommodation is next to Manor School Sports College in Mountbatten Way. We currently have 220 pupils on roll that enjoy a broad and balanced curriculum which leaves them well prepared for the secondary phase of their education.
