Santa Pod Dragster Visits St Peter’s
The children have enjoyed a visit from the Santa Pod dragster team today, learning about the science behind the speed machine. Children enquired about speed, sound, aerodynamics and safety within the sport of drag racing. The children were fully engaged with the visit and took the opportunity to explore the car in detail.

Celebrating science week in St Peter’s with Atomic Tom
The whole school has enjoyed a visit from Atomic Tom today (Wednesday 15th March) as part of our planned activities surrounding National Science Week. Children were able to take part in lessons with a science theme where year 5 and 6 looked at DNA and years 3 and 4 made slime!
The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were fully engaged during the WOW assembly at the start of the day.
Assembly on Justice by the Values Ambassadors.
The Values Ambassadors recently prepared an Assembly all by themselves and composed, rehearsed and presented it to the rest of the school. The assembly was all about our value of the term ‘Justice’. They acted out role plays and gave a very important message to the School on what Justice is.
Well done all of you
