Early Birds Breakfast Club

 In News

Following the positive responses received from parents and carers about the extended breakfast club, the school will start to provide a before school Early Birds Breakfast Club from Summer Term 2018, week beginning Monday 16th April 2018.

Please note that this will be a trial for the term to ensure that this is financially viable. Once we have evaluated this, we will inform parents and carers to enable planning for the next academic year.  Simply log in to your Wisepay account and click on the School Clubs button to book your places.

The club, which is being run in the school hall, will run from 7:30am – 8:30am each morning and will cost £3.00 per session.  For those children eligible for Pupil Premium the cost will be £2.00 per session. At 8:30am, all children will go out to the playground. PLEASE NOTE – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR NON ATTENDANCE, INCLUDING ILLNESS.

A choice of breakfast cereal, toast and drink will be provided for each child and a range of supervised activities will be set up for the children to participate in once they have had their breakfast. The breakfast club will be staffed by two members of school support staff.

All bookings must be placed in advance; this can be for the whole term or week by week. The booking MUST be made by the Sunday before the week commences. There will be a limited number of places available and priority will be given to those parents who wish to access the club every day or who want a regular weekly booking. All remaining places, including ‘one-off’ bookings, will be available to book a week in advance.

All parents and carers must consent to the contract which details all of the terms and conditions.

We are really hoping that this breakfast club will be successful and continue to run in the next academic year.

If you have any further questions about the club, please do not hesitate to ask.

PLEASE NOTE:  Our regular breakfast club which starts at 8.30am will continue as normal and is open to everyone without prior booking.
